Iris Azulay has 28 years of seniority in the capital market, of which she has 16 years of experience in handling corporations and institutional entities.<\/span><\/p>\n

She previously served as a floor trader at the stock exchange, a journalist at a financial magazine and an investment manager \u2013 positions which gave her an in-depth familiarity with the various investment regulations.<\/span><\/p>\n

Iris has dual licenses for investment management, investment marketing and a pension license.<\/span><\/p>\n

The joint venture includes comprehensive care and accompaniment of corporations and institutional entities, in addition to handling premium and executive clients in the finance and pension fields.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gil Hershkovitz<\/b><\/p>\n

Accompanying family units and providing intergenerational service within the family unit.<\/b><\/p>\n

Gil Hershkovitz has been part of Kali for over a decade now. He began his career at the company as a financial policy product supervisor, was a client portfolio manager, manager of the Kali South branch and in recent years has been made partner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gil\u2019s and Kali\u2019s unique joint venture is in accompanying family units and providing intergenerational service within the family unit.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gil has a Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration with a major in Financing and the Capital Market, a Master\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, holds an investment marketing license from the Securities Authority and a pension marketing license from the Ministry of Finance, is a graduate of a CFP financial planning course and a retirement planner.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gil is a co-CEO of the company and accompanies family units in capital management and intergenerational disposition. The partnership was formed as a result of clients\u2019 demand to have a regular professional accompany them and their family over the years, accompanying the clients and facilitating the intergenerational disposition of their assets and handling all the family\u2019s financial assets and products, taking into account the unique need of each generation and obtaining a comprehensive view of the assets. The deep and long-term familiarity with the family accompanied by Gil increases the sense of security and grants clients peace of mind.<\/span><\/p>\n

Gil Vardi<\/b><\/p>\n

Specialty in health insurances and collective insurances.<\/b><\/p>\n

Gil Vardi Agency specializes in health insurances, is among the founders of the field and has been solely engaged in it for over 30 years now. The agency excels at providing organizations with personal service. The service is provided by a skilled and professional dedicated staff which deals with all the insureds\u2019 needs, has extensive and accumulated experience with handling health claims, from complex medical cases abroad and in Israel to routine and daily medical expenses.<\/span><\/p>\n

As part of the strategic collaboration between Kali Group and Gil Vardi Insurance Agency, Kali Group provides its collective insurance business to be managed by Vardi Agency. Concurrently, the two entities have formulated a consolidated value offer for employers \u2013 with an emphasis on organizations in the high-tech sector, including comprehensive and holistic service to meet all the needs of such organizations\u2019 employees, both in the pension field and in the health field.<\/span><\/p>\n
